As artificial intelligence shifts from simple prompt response tools to long-horizon autonomous agents, enterprise cybersecurity is facing a fundamental transformation. In response to these emerging challenges, Zenity has announced a major expansion of its platform to deliver what it calls the industry’s first AI security platform for autonomous agents.
The updated platform focuses on governing AI decisions before they convert into real-world enterprise actions. This approach directly addresses the risks posed by autonomous systems that execute multi-step workflows across extended periods, where single legitimate choices can accumulate into security hazards over time.
“Autonomous AI introduces the next evolution: the decision itself. The future of AI security won’t be defined by what an AI agent already did. It will be defined by what AI is allowed to do before it acts,” said Tomer Teller, VP product at Zenity.
The system expands upon its core foundation by introducing two main capabilities: Exposure Management and Runtime Boundaries. Working together, these tools create a continuous security framework divided into three integrated components known as Surface, Enforce, and Protect.
The Surface component continuously discovers active AI agents, identifies exploitable attack paths, and prioritizes exposure across the network. The Enforce component utilizes Runtime Boundaries to evaluate requested actions in real time, determining whether an operation should proceed, be blocked, or be terminated prior to business impact. Finally, the Protect layer closes the loop using digital forensics and incident response, allowing specialized Guardian Agents to learn from investigations and refine future policy enforcement.
At the heart of the Enforce layer, Runtime Boundaries evaluate each action against the agent’s full execution context. The system analyzes the agent’s intent, identity, requested tools, accessed data, and historical actions alongside enterprise security policy. This enables organizations to maintain consistent control across platforms such as Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, ChatGPT Enterprise, Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, and custom-built solutions.
Rather than relying on retroactive alerts after an incident has already taken place, this architecture establishes proactive boundaries at the decision layer. “Every major technology shift has forced security to evolve,” said Tomer Teller, VP product at Zenity. “Autonomous AI introduces the next evolution: the decision itself. The future of AI security won’t be defined by what an AI agent already did. It will be defined by what AI is allowed to do before it acts. Security starts at the decision layer and Runtime Boundaries are the engine that makes that possible.”
By connecting exposure findings, real-time runtime enforcement, and post-event forensics, Zenity aims to give enterprises the precise controls necessary to safely transition from basic AI experimentation to full autonomous execution.
